He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Campbell); and his brother Harold Hoffman. He is survived by: his brother Roger Hoffman (Linda); his niece Angie King (Shannon); and his nephew Randy Hoffman (Angie). He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews along with many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens Cemetery (5234 State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802).
