He is survived by: his son Ted; his daughter-in-law Jaimie Ambrose; his sons, Kelley Ambrose and Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Chrystian Ambrose; his son Alex Ambrose; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Brittany, Elliot and Sebastian.
