We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2023, at the age of 87, Jimmie Sue Garrard of Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Billy F. Garrard. She is survived by: her sons, Victor Anthony Garrard (Carol), Stanley K Garrard (Margaret) and James Eric Garrard; her grandchildren, Matthew Cole Garrard (Molly) and Kaitlin Taylor Folkerts (Robert); and her great grandchild Jack F. Garrard.
