He is survived by: his sister Carlene Thornton; his children, Lisa Edwards (Robin), Jason Self (Shannon), Sara Wilcoxen (Matt) and Tracy Raymond (Jeff); his grandchildren, Savannah, Isabella Edwards, Shelby, Matthew Self, Rylan, Savanna Wilcoxen, Hayley Lovetto, Somer Staula and Ethan Raymond; his nieces, Tressa and Kathi Thornton; and his cousins, Bill, Randy Basham, Charlotte Holman, Jim Turman, Barbara Moffit and Leonard Self.
