In the sacred silence of farewell, Jerry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jerry's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike D. Freeman and Nona M. Freeman; and his daughter Carolyn Alice Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Kay B. Freeman; his son Anthony Freeman (Lynn); and his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Alyse Freeman and Meredith Ashley Freeman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Raleigh Avenue Baptist Church (309 Raleigh Ave, Homewood, AL 35209). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, if you wish to make memorial gifts, the Freeman family asks that you make contributions to Raleigh Avenue Baptist Church designated in memory of Jerry Freeman, to the Bell Center For Early Intervention Programs in Homewood, Alabama, or to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation.
