He is survived by: his wife Jean Giles Sparks; his children, Jerri Lynn Sparks, Sonya Byrd (Tom), Donna Hamilton (Duane), Patsy Fields, Tim Sparks (Alicia), Shane Sparks (Kathy) and Joe Rouse; his grandchildren, Olivia Guarino of Andrew Guarino, B. T, Megan Byrd, Erin Tipton, Nicholas Self, Riley Averett, Mikayla Coley, Tanner Sparks, Preston Sparks, Joey Rouse, Jake Rouse and Deanna Gibson; and his brother Donald Sparks (Shirley). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
