He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Henry Belcher and Martha Evalene Pace Belcher; his wife Carla; and his siblings, Jim, Perry Belcher and Sue Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Belcher (Linda) and Dana Turner (Dean); and his sister Ann Davis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
