She was predeceased by: her friend Joann Ramer. She is survived by: her parents, John Samuel Bookout and Mae Ellen Thompson Bookout; her husband Bill; and her children, Brian McAllister (Jen Bas) and Amanda Dietz (Stephen Dietz).
