He was predeceased by: his father Saleh Bajalieh; and his grandparents, Saied, Miriam Bajalieh, Joseph and Frieda Bajalia.

He is survived by: his mother Nadia Bajalieh; his wife Sally Bajalieh; and his brothers, Christopher Bajalieh and Jason Bajalieh. He is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Jeff's name to the Robert E. Reed Gastrointestinal Oncology Research Foundation.
