He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ross; his daughters, Abigail and Millicent Wurst; his brother-in-law James Kaufmann; his brothers, Steve Wurst (Julie) and John Wurst (Julie); his nephew Robert Wurst (Heather); his nieces, Dana Fluharty (Brian), Erin Wurst, Candler Campbell and Mimi Jewell Campbell; his sister-in-law Kristi Campbell Green (Eric); and his pet Graham.
