He is survived by: his mother Jewell Ware; his children, Latoya Blake-Shittu, Tia Blake, Ebony Blake, Dominque Orr, Shontia Orr and Jermain Orr; his grandchildren, Tyson James Blake, Loghan Blake, Dylan Blake, Brielle Blake, Dakota Blake, Kylon Blake, Zoey Blake, Za'Ryan Harvey, Andre Orr, Jemar Orr and Jemel Orr; and his girlfriend Brenda Mckenzie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
