It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Barnette of Birmingham, Alabama, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Deanna Barnette; his children, Hannah Asters (Ethan) and Nick Barnette; his granddaughter Evie James Asters; and his siblings, John Barnette (Janice), Wayne Barnette and Martha Barnette (Bonnie Benitez). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
