Jack Allison Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024, at the age of 86, Jack Allison (Birmingham, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Johnson Allison Jr. and Elizabeth Gore Allison; his stepmother Donie DeBardeleben Allison; and his stepsister Donie Neal Martin. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Turner Allison; his children, Charles Johnson Allison II (Katherine) and Elizabeth Allison Edwards (Hugh); his grandchildren, Jack Stewart Allison II, Eleanor Elizabeth "Betsy" Edwards and Sarah Welles Edwards; and his stepsister Virginia Neal Almand.

In of lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cathedral Church of the Advent (2017 6th Avenue North, Birmingham, AL 35203), the University of Alabama Culverhouse School of Business or your favorite charity.
