She is survived by: her daughters, Tyise Arrington (Patrick) of Huntsville, AL and Sofia Miles (John) of Birmingham, AL; her goddaughters, Adrianne, Kewania Reese of Birmingham, AL and Kristina Bynum; her grandchildren, Patrick Arrington, Jr., Briana Weatherspoon (Calvin), Jaleesia Croskey, Alexander Arrington, John J. Miles and Tameria Arrington; her great grandchildren, Jeremiah McKinzy, Malia McKinzy, Brooklynn Croskey and Chase Brown; her siblings, Beatrice Mabry, Willie Mae Addison, Dovetta Williams, Joann Sherman, Susie Holt, Robin Whitaker, Vanesta Bibb, Walter Croskey, Jr. and Terry Croskey; and her close friend Pat Reese. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
