He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ray Woods and Jeane Foster Woods (Jerri Spradlin). He is survived by: his brother Russell Woods; and his stepchildren, Hailey Bracknell and Steven Mason. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends and family.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
