He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann Campbell; his parents, Hollis C. Fraser and Annie Laurie Callaway Fraser; his half-brother Owen Kinchade Williams; and his grandson Jeffrey Michael Fraser.
He is survived by: his children, Melody (Pete) of Vestavia, Jeff (Theresa) of San Antonio, TX, Scott (Priscilla) of Savannah, GA and Holly Fraser Lowe. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
