She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Norris Ross, Sr. and Mollie Rabalais Ross; her brother Howard Norris Ross, Jr.; and her husband Dale A. Richards, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, D. Allan Richards, Jr. (Laura), Christopher Richards (Allison) and Mona Ferguson (Cory); her grandchildren, Abigail, Isabella, Laura Sophia, Jaden, Sarah and Elijah; her sister-in-law Katie Richards; her niece Tamela Lowery; and her nephews, Gregory Couch and Chris Richards.
Due to the social gathering restrictions, masks and social distancing will be required at the visitation and service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made in her memory to Liberty Church, 2732 Old Rocky Ridge Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35216.
