She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Belle and Irene Belle; her siblings, Robert C. "Bubba" Bell, Sr. (Geraldine) and Kathleen Bell Herald; her nephews, Robert C. Bell, Jr. and Richard R. "Rick" Herald; and her great-nephew Michael K. Bell.
She is survived by: her cousin Stephen A. Griffin (Tiffany); her nephew Kenneth F. Bell (Terry); her great-nephews, David Bell and Daniel Bell; and her great-niece Darlene Bell.
