She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Klinner and Rosa Ratliff Klinner; her husband Jeff Russell Powell, Jr.; and her stepson Jeffery R. Powell. She is survived by: her daughter Genelle Powell; and her siblings, Hildred Folmar and Jimmie John Klinner (Host). She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews and Godchildren.
