She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Thomas Bailey and Marcelle Perry Long; her husband Leroy Harp; her son Darryl Ralph Harp; and her siblings, Buford Bailey and Debra Isbell.
She is survived by: her children, David Harp (Tina), Elaine Harp and Regina Harp Hunt (Jeff); and her siblings, Judy Tidwell, Myra Davis and Wayne Bailey. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.
