She is survived by: her daughter Claudia Hale; her son-in-law Willie Hale, Jr.; her grandchildren, Phoebe Davis, Dina Parker Brown (Rodney) of Birmingham, AL, Michael Hale and Cornell Hale (Robyn) of Birmingham, AL; her niece Rebecca Dennis Jackson (Beckie) of Detroit, MI; her sister-in-law Sarah Vansant; and her close friend Oscar Mae Clarke. She is also survived by other cousins, relatives, and friends.
