He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Payne and Betty Payne; and his close friend Gary Frye. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his siblings, Jerry Payne (Sharon) and Donna Morris (Vicki Sue Shepherd).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crestview Memorial Funeral Home (5250 Veterans Memorial Dr, Adamsville, AL 35005). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
