He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Mae Houlditch Latham and Chester Arlie Latham; his wife La Rue Ramey Latham; and his brothers, Gerald Ray Latham and Don Edward Latham.

He is survived by: his daughters, Katrina Tuggle (Mark) and Rosamond Latham; and his grandchildren, Kirsten Tuggle and Daniel Tuggle. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
