He is survived by: his children, Sally Evans Heidbrier and John Taylor Evans (Louisa Brannan Evans) of Homewood, Alabama.; his granddaughters, Carrie Lillian Heidbrier and Celia Heidbrier Chappell (Nick); his sister Celeste Evans Burnham; and his stepbrother Harry Evans.
