He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Guy and Christine Murphree; his daughter Becky; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his children, Terry (Rhonda), Sammy, Alesia McKenzie (Ron) and Annette Henson; his grandchildren, Jim, Reggie, Jennifer, Brandy, David, Dewey, Chester, Sonja, Amanda, Wesley and Samantha; and his siblings, Lonnie Ray, Virginia White and Lenda White (Kenneth). He is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
