He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cicio and Rosa Cicio of Birmingham, AL; his siblings, Rose Cicio DiChara, Phillip Cicio, Lena Cicio Giardina, Josephine Cicio Bonino and Joseph Cicio II; and his son-in-law Danny C. Richardson.

He is survived by: his wife Croce Tomburello Cicio; his children, Gina Rose James (Paul), Jake Michael Cicio (Theresa) and Frank Joseph Cicio Jr. (Wendy); his grandchildren, Jake P. James, Daniel F. Cicio, Vincent A. Cicio and Suzanna E. Cicio; and his siblings, Anthony Cicio Sr. (Bonnie) and Annie Cicio.
