She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Garrett and Ollie Garrett; her brother Charles Garrett; and her grandson Patrick Richards. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Richards (Becky), Jerry Richards (Nancy) and Mary Ann Meadows; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Richards, Chris Richards, Ashley Birk (John), Ryan Meadows (Chrissy), Stefanie Baker (Brian), Erica Romano (Anthony), Tiffany Hall (Ethan) and Brittany Richards. She is also survived by thirteen Great Grandchildren and two Great Great Grandchildren.
The family requests no flowers, instead memorial donations can be made to Evelyn's favorite charity, St. Jude's or to a charity of your choice.
