He is survived by: his daughters, Ginger Belvin (Charles) and Tammy Crawford (Keith); and his siblings, Cathy Ayers (Jack), Wendy Hill (Kevin), Tony Sullivan, Shannon Sullivan, Jordan Belvin, Trey Belvin, Austin Purser, Madison Purser, Chris Fallon and Anna Fallon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
