He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Ellen Whitham; his wife Judy White; and his stepson Jeffrey Allen Butler (Bonzo). He is survived by: his children, Jan and Robert; his grandchildren, Carley Tucker Given (Chad), Ellen Brackin Sevits (Jamie), Morgan Butler and Ryan Butler; and his great grandchildren, Lainey, Charlotte Ann, Alex and Jack.
