She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas E. Hayes; her daughter Sharon; her parents, George Hart and Katie Hart; and her siblings, Junior, Marvin, Harold, Colleen and Mildred.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Makinney, Mark Hayes (Judy) and Thomas Hayes, Jr. (Michele); her grandchildren, Aleah Makinney, Nicole Makinney, Lennon Hayes, Nathan Hayes, Aleah Hayes and David Hayes; her siblings, Jessie Meeks and Edward Hart; and her friend Gary Rogers.
