With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith E. Beggs of Birmingham, Alabama, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on December 18, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Beggs, Jr.; her children, Ellison G. Beggs, Charles R. Beggs III, Harpersville and Eric E. Beggs; her grandsons, Charles R. Beggs IV and Brett R. Beggs; and her siblings, Juanita Paris, Lawrence England, Jr., Bucryus and Mary Jane Cox.
