He is survived by: his sisters, Elaine Parker of Long Beach, NY and Sharon D. Chiles; his nieces and nephews, Devin Parker, Jr., Kyndle Parker, Quinton K. Chiles, Naryha and Nylah Parker of Long Beach, NY; and his aunts and uncles, Ralph, Robert Parker of Birmingham, AL, Annie Polnett, Annette Parker, Long Beach and Mattie L. Parker. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
