She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Moorer and Leanna Moorer; her husband Earl Scott; her daughter Rosylyn; and her siblings, Lee Essie, Louise, Margaret, Lillie "Pearl", Prince, George, Andrew and David.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra "Lois" Brown of Temple, GA, Gloria Rutledge of Birmingham, AL, Felecia Johnson (Patrick) of Birmingham, AL, Shelia Mabry (Frankie) of Maryland, Cerita Moultrie and Earl Scott (Adrienne) of Birmingham, AL; and her brother Frank Moorer of Montgomery, AL. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
