She was predeceased by: her parents, Belton Blackwell and Frances Blackwell; her brother Milton; and her sister-in-law Wilma Blackwell (Luther Harmon, Jr.). She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl G. Cagle (Jack D. Cagle); her granddaughter Mandy Hays (Chris Hays); and her great grandchild Luke P. Hays. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
