She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Green and Hazel Kelly Sharp; her husband Robert "Bob" Carmichael Wilson; her sister Mary Pat Carr; and her grandson Travis D. Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Robert C. Wilson, Jr. (Linda) of Birmingham, Lisa W. Johnson (Jim) of Dothan, Alabama and Jan W. Bowman (Dale) of Loxley, Alabama; her grandchildren, Wesley C. Bowman (Jessica), David J. Johnson (Becca), Taylor C. Johnson, Robert C. Wilson III and Spencer P. Wilson (Marlee); and her sister Joyce Summitt. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Handbell Choir at Vestavia Hills Baptist Church.
