She is survived by: her husband Gerald Carlson; her former husband Robert Lee Tate; her son Seth Tate; her siblings, Arnold Reynolds and Roberta Peck (Wayne); her children, Royce Tate (Tiffany), David Tate and Lee Tate; her siblings, MaryLou Sams (Wayne) and Bob Reynolds (Sharon); her stepchildren, Cassondra Carlson Ishani, Velinda Carlson Thomas (Jerry) and Dana Carlson (Vanessa); her grandchildren, Britney, Mercedez, Zachari, Reegan, Race, Tyler, Caelin, Miranda, Dylan and Alyssa; her great grandchildren, McKinley, Aya and Addie; her grandchildren, Falicia (Scott), Sheila, Shawn (Chelsey), Zhaleh (Caleb), Macaylin Amy (Aaron), Shawdie, Darian (Morgan), Caden, Caleb, Cayla and Jeremy; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Wyatt, Dawson, Aylssa, Charli Kate, David Mason, Taven, MacKenzie, Matthew, Carter and Norah. She is also survived by many friends and family.
