He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Issac and Ollie Eugenia Capps (McClain). He is survived by: his family, Kelley Rowan (Tom) of Birmingham and Donald Keith Capps of Birmingham; his grandchildren, Chad Laird (Angela), Matthew Laird (Ashley), Courtney Laird, Nichole Marcum (Cody) and Keith Capps, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Abel, Lucas, Dylan, Cooper, Clark, Tenley, Charlie Laird and Bryce Marcum.
