He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Vernon and Althea Leighton Brice; his brother LeRoy Brice (Helen); and his grandson Roy. He is survived by: his wife Karen Brice; his son Jeffrey Brice (Jessica); his siblings, Ruth Ingle and Marvin Brice (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Hanna and Kaley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to East Lake United Methodist Church.
