He is survived by: his sons, Houston Banks Elmore and Cade Warren Elmore; his wife Lori Elmore; his children, Harrison, Sarah and Connor King; his parents, Ann Elmore (Jimmy Elmore) and Jimmy Elmore; his brother Jay Elmore; his nieces and nephews, Jackson, Hayes and Anna Lane Elmore; his mother-in-law Glenda Harris; his siblings-in-law, Suzanne and Tommy Harris; and his nieces and nephews, Carlyn Tyree (Brent), Ashley Meinhardt (Daniel) and Austin Harris.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dave's memory to the non-profit "On River Time," an organization that offers help to children of abuse & neglect.
