Knall, Sr. and Donna Bertella Knall; his wife Nicole; his grandparents, Johnnie, Onzelle Bertella, David and Eileen Knall; his friends, Jeff Bajalieh, Mark Christie, Sharbel, Nicole and Donna Bertella Knall; his children, Donna Bertella Knall, Nicole, Sharbel, Mark Christie and Jeff Bajalieh; his siblings, Eddie Whittaker (Santos) and Meghan Knall (Aidan); and his in-laws, Mark, Brenda Fisher, Carlene Hyland, Renee, Howard Bridgmon, Vanessa Hood, Kerri and Jacob Sartain.
