He is survived by: his son Destin Josiah Haslip; his parents, Nakeya Smith and Dwight Haslip, Jr.; his siblings, Caleb James Smith, Dwight Haslip, III, Damaiya Haslip and Melissa Smith; his grandparents, James Brewster, Belinda Brewster and Shirley Haslip; and his significant other Elizabeth Grant. He is also survived by aunts, uncles cousins and friends.
