He is survived by: his wife Esther Peoples; his sons, Earnie Peoples (LaDonna) and Billy Peoples (Mary); and his stepchildren, Kristy Phillips (Scott), Gidget Russell (Gene) and Shane Gulledge (Tracy). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
