It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Bishop Owens (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lattues G. Bishop and Velma W. Bishop; and her sister Barbara B. Williams (James I). She is survived by: her son James I. Owens, Jr. (Jim); and her grandchildren, Anna E. Owens and James I. Owens (Trip). She is also survived by her son, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, multiple nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
