He was predeceased by: his parents, William Anton Katholi and Constance Robinson Katholi. He is survived by: his wife Ann Warren Katholi; his sons, Charles R. Katholi, Jr. and William L. Katholi; and his brothers, Richard E. Katholi (Margaret) and William D. Katholi. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Katholi Scholarship fund for the UAB School of Public Health, the UAB Blazer Kitchen at Hill Student Center, Independent Presbyterian Church or a charity of your choice.
