He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Self; his children, Debra Britton, Benjamin Self (Vicki), Jonathan Self (Shalyn), Sarah Bunjevac (Jeffrey), Elizabeth Hamric, Brad Hamric and Barry Hamric (Nancy); his grandchildren, Candy Michelle Self, Ben Self, Alexandria Enriquez, Nicole Boyett, Parrish Hamric, Charlotte Self, Tillman Hamric, Adelaide Self and Collin Gray Molzof; and his siblings, Lee Vann Self (Sharon) and Marie Canady (Felton). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
