He is survived by: his wife Elveree "Tutter" Tyndal; his sons, Charles Mathison Tyndal, Jr. (Hannah) and William Cook Tyndal; his daughter-in-law Cumbee Tyndal; his grandchildren, Stephanie Tyndal Wardlaw, William Cook Tyndal, Jr., Wilson Cook Tyndal and Charles Alexander Tyndal; his sister Lynne Tyndal DeVault; and his sister-in-law Marty Tyndal.
