It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Dean of Birmingham, Alabama, born in Pinson, Alabama, who passed away on May 15, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charles farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dean and Belle Hobson Dean; his wife Faye Lee Thornhill Dean; his former wife Ann Bain Dean; and his daughter Laura Dean.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Dean Columbia and Leigh Ann Buzyniski; and his grandson William Bernard Buzyniski.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Irondale United Methodist Church in memory of Charles.
