With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecelia Meads of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on February 7, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Edward "Snake" Meads; her parents, John Robert Lewis and Nell Robinson (Bud); and her sisters, Frances McQueen and Shirlee Ellis.
She is survived by: her pet Sissy; her children, Charles Edward Meads, Jr. (Vicki) and Sharon Meads Fincher; her brother John Robert Lewis, Jr. (Darline); her grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Davis (Chris), Alison Meads Lyon, Taylor Renea Fincher, Michael Edward Meads (Julie), Stephen Lee Fincher, Kara Burnside (Paul) and Katie Finch (Ralls); and her great grandchildren, Kayleigh Elizabeth Woods, Kaelyn Renee Fincher, Allie Grace Fincher, David Finch, Selwin Finch, Daniel Burnside and Jane Burnside. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
