She was predeceased by: her parents, James Needham and Zelphia Needham; and her brother David Needham. She is survived by: her husband Terry Bagby; her sons, Larry Bagby (Denise) and David Bagby (Kaula); her sister Cheryl Sheffield (Louie); her grandchildren, Jaymz, Kortni, Reagin, Felicia, Alex, Abbagail, Riley and Isaiah; and her great grandchildren, Barrett and Everlee. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the American Kidney Fund, causes close to Roxanne's heart.
