She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Felix Henley Jones and Ethel Calvard Jones; her brothers, Col. Felix Henley Jones Jr., Dr. Jack Calvard Jones and Dr. Samuel Thomas Jones; her husband Everett Shepherd, Jr.; her daughters, Catherine Shepherd Pitts (Wallace) and Barbara Wylie Shepherd; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lee Pitts (Alex) and Wallace Shepherd Pitts (Rachana); and also, Gloria and Jaya.
In lieu of flowers, the family request with gratitude that memorial contributions in Catherine's name be directed to a charity close to Catherines heart.
